RENOVATION OF GUARDIAN
ANGELS CHURCH In the 61 years of history of
Guardian Angels Church - Vancouver - Canada, this year the Church received a
face lift with the renovation works done in the Sanctuary with shifting of
the Tabernacle to the Centre and painting of a huge mural with the two
colorful three dimensional flying Guardian Angels towards the Crucifix
depicted inside the Cosmos. The entire work was executed within a month
preceded by 8 months of planning. Moreover the entire Church was
re-carpeted. The garden of the Church campus is beautified with new plants
and hedges. Archbishop Michael Miller blessed the new Tabernacle and the new
confessional during the 61st Anniversary of the Church on 2nd October. It
was a joyful event to all the parishioners. Fr. Jerald D'Souza the former
administrator of the Parish joined the celebration. It was a memorable day
